ONLINE INTERIOR DESIGN
What is it?
Our online interior design/E-design service is perfect if you are looking for a simpler, more affordable, interior design service that you can implement at your own pace and without the need for face-to-face meetings. We work to your budget, providing you with a sound design direction by Zoom/telephone calls and emails.
For each room project, you can expect to receive:

1 x initial complementary video / voice call - up to 30 mins

1 x kick-off video call - up to 45 mins

2-3 weeks of design and communication time

Concept / mood board

To scale floorplan with multiple furniture layouts considered

2D digital room board

Digital furniture board with links to products & suppliers (minimum of 2 suggestions per item)

Colour palette & paint / wallpaper samples (via post)

Fabric suggestions & samples (via post)

Decorating schedule - details all paints (colours and finishes) and wallpapers

1 round of revisions

Useful styling tips and advice

2 weeks of post design support

HOW IT WORKS
Stage 1
We offer a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation. If you are happy to proceed, we then send you an invoice for the design package and once payment is received, we start the design process.
Stage 2
GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Our tailored client questionnaire helps us to understand your project as well as your lifestyle, likes, dislikes and design style.
We will need some room measurements from you (a hand drawn sketch is fine - we will send you a 'how to' guide') together with floor plans, your room photographs and inspirational images (pinterest / Houzz boards).
Stage 3
DISCUSSING THE BRIEF
We will arrange a video call with you so that we can really get to know you and understand what you are looking for. You can even take us on a virtual tour of your space.
Typically, the call lasts for about 45 minutes for a 1 room project.
Stage 4
CONCEPTS & LAYOUTS
We will send you (by email) the concept and the layouts for feedback and sign-off.
Stage 5
FINAL DESIGN DELIVERED
You will then receive (by email) the digital room boards, the painting & decorating schedule and a digital furniture board and useful styling tips and advice.
We will also send relevant fabric, paint and wallpaper samples to you in the post.
